Irma is a Dean of Culture here at NEC. She began her DPS journey in 2021 during the school year 2021-2022. She has created great relationships with all students and cares deeply for the success of all. Irma previously worked at Mount View Youth Services Center as a Program Manager, leading the Girl’s Program into a therapeutic setting and creating a program filled with respect and intergity. She worked in this high-risk youth environment for approximately five years. She does well in creating structure and dependability for trusted adults. She is very excited in continuing her career in education here at NEC.
