By Wednesday, May 1 – Request Language Interpretation for the Graduation Ceremony

Thursday, May 2 – 5:30-7:00 PM – Senior Awards Night & Art Show
● All Seniors and their families are invited.
● Graduates will receive awards certificates AND regalia to wear at graduation.
● Dessert will be served.
Friday, May 10 – 10AM – Senior Checkout, Senior BBQ, and Graduation Practice
● 10 AM – Graduation Practice – Gym
● 11 AM – Complete the Senior Checkout Form, Receive your Cap & Gown
● 12 PM – Senior BBQ – Eat lunch, play yard games, sign yearbooks and watch an open mic concert by your peers!
Thursday, May 16 – 12PM – Graduation Ceremony
● Seawell Ballroom at Denver Performing Arts Complex
1350 Arapahoe St, Denver, CO 80204
● Parking rates: 0-1 hours $5 1-2 hours $7 2-5 hours $10
● Arrival Times:
○ Students MUST arrive at 10:30AM
○ Families may enter the Ballroom at 1PM
○ Graduation will start promptly at 2PM
● No tickets are required for graduation. Graduates may invite as many family members as they would like.
● Balloons, confetti, and glitter are NOT permitted in the venue.
● Graduation will last approximately 1.5 hours.
● Graduates will receive their official diploma immediately following the ceremony in the lobby where they got
ready. Please open the diploma and ensure that it has your name on it.
● A photographer will take photos of your graduate during the ceremony and pictures will be available for
download approximately two weeks after the ceremony.
● Student Information:
○ Eat breakfast or lunch before you arrive
○ Items graduates should bring to the ceremony:
■ Snacks, water
■ Cell phone, cell phone charger
■ Makeup, hairbrush, toiletries, etc
■ Cap and gown on a hanger

Jueves 2 de Mayo – 5:30-7:00 PM – Noche de premios para seniors y espectáculo de arte
● Todos los Seniors y sus familias están invitados.
● Seniors recibirán certificados de premios E insignias para usar en la graduación.
● Se servirá postre.
Viernes 10 de Mayo – 10AM – Práctica de Graduación, Senior Checkout, y parillada para Senior
● 10 AM – Práctica de Graduación – En el gimnasio del escuela
● 11 AM – Completar la forma de Senior Checkout y Recibe tu toga y birrete
● 12 PM – Parrillada para Seniors – ¡Almuerzo, juegos en el jardín, firma anuarios y un concierto de micrófono
abierto con tus compañeros!
Jueves 16 de Mayo, – 12PM – Ceremonia de Graduación

● Tarifas de estacionamiento: 0-1 horas $5 1-2 horas $7 2-5 horas $10
● Tiempos de llegada:
○ Los estudiantes deben llegar a las 10:30AM
○ Las familias pueden ingresar al salón a la 1PM
○ La graduación comenzará puntualmente a las 2PM
● No se requieren boletos para la graduación. Los graduados pueden invitar a los familiares como deseen.
● NO se permiten globos, confeti ni brillantina en el lugar.
● La graduación durará aproximadamente 1.5 horas.
● Los graduados recibirán su diploma oficial inmediatamente después de la ceremonia en el lobby donde se
prepararon. Abra el diploma y asegúrese de que tenga su nombre.
● Un fotógrafo tomará fotografías de su graduado durante la ceremonia y las fotografías estarán disponibles para
descargar aproximadamente dos semanas después de la ceremonia.
● Información del estudiante:
○ Desayuna o almuerza antes de llegar.
○ Artículos que los Seniors deben traer a la ceremonia:
■ Aperitivos, agua
■ Celular, cargador de celular
■ Maquillaje, cepillo para el cabello, artículos de tocador, etc.
■ Toga y birrete en una percha
