Kristi Jeffers (she/her) was born in Tennessee and attended East Tennessee State University to get her Bachelors of Art in History. She also completed a Master of Education in Instructional Leadership at Lincoln Memorial University and is working on her Doctorate of Education from the University of the Cumberlands. She worked as a Social Studies teacher in Knox Country Schools in Tennessee for 10 years before moving to Denver. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her dog, reading, working out, and traveling.
