Dr. Madourie is a seasoned STEM advocate and educator, boasting over 13 years of comprehensive experience in the field. His commitment to K-12 students is reflected in his role as Assistant Principal/Pathway Director within the Denver Public School System, where he actively shapes programs and initiatives for young minds. Holding a master’s and a doctorate focused on STEM design and implementation through educational leadership from the American College of Education, Dr. Madourie is well-versed in driving educational innovation.
Dr. Madourie enjoys working at Northeast Early College (NEC) because of the school’s rich history and the unique opportunity to set students up for college and career success through associates degrees and certifications. His leadership extends beyond his professional roles, having served on local and regional boards for NSBE and the Colorado Men of Color Collaborative, showcasing his dedication to advancing educational opportunities.
His passion for community service is exemplified through his commitment to giving back. He actively designs initiatives and collaborates with companies to ensure diverse representation within the STEM education space, making a lasting impact on both local and regional levels.
